How about a link.
The Only thing I see is March 2008:
http://www.amazon.com/Happiness-Not-Fis ... 758&sr=1-1
which is under the label Sbme Special Mkts. Which is still Sony. Sony BMG Entertainment Special Markets. Sony rereleased many CD's under the SBME Special Markets to make more profit off the CD's.
Nothing really new. Naveed and Spiritual Machines were also released under this.

Just another way for the record label to make more money off the band. Lame. I'm glad they only have a distribution deal now. More of my money went to the band and I like it that way.
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

An interview where the interviewer actually asks pretty good questions, even if Jer gives a typical answer:

One thing that didn't make sense was that the interviewer said that falsetto has been making it's return, when it's now non-existant (outside of Paper Moon).

Hmm, interesting. The more interviews I read that involve questions about Mike the less I believe that the "separation was amicable" like they've said publicly. I mean really, now:
PW: Yeah. Mike Turner’s departure, how did that affect things?
JT: Not at all.
PW: Really?!?
JT: No. Not at all.
PW: Well, he was one of the founding members, yes?
JT: Yeah, he was.
PW: And it didn’t affect anything?
JT: Nope.
PW: Ok, then!
But I can understand Jeremy's argument that Raine's falsetto was just a "theme" that they kind of adopted between Clumsy and Spiritual Machines, but there were still elements of the falsetto in Naveed. It wasn't as high-pitched or wavering, but the gritty, paranoid voice was still there. And I still can't tell whether the band is still just angry at Mike for not agreeing to be part of the change in Gravity, or if they're just angrily guilty that he may have been correct about Gravity not being the right idea.

I just can't really figure out why the falsetto thing is such a big deal (I know that it was something that set them apart...and I do like it.) I don't see where it would fit in really well with this last record...it might of seemed out of place and then all people would be doing is complaining that he can't sing any other way.
I also don't really know about the whole Mike thing...I think maybe there was more than them just "growing apart" but I have also accepted that we might never really know.

I love the falsetto, but while I can't speak for everyone else, I typically bring up the emotion in his voice (a perfect example is Naveed, which had limited falsetto but great emotion). So while falsetto might not work in some of Burn Burn's songs, he could definitely sing more emotionally since he's ridiculously apathetic about 85% of the album.

I like the falsetto too...and I guess why I like this album when seeing it live was because there was more emotion in the live show - maybe he was just way too focused on recording it "right." So I do agree with you about the emotion in Burn Burn. Another theory was maybe they were trying to get Steve to shine so people stop complaining about Mike leaving (Doubt that will happen until they make another album that rivals Naveed/Clumsy/Happiness/SM.)
After seeing the show people asked me numerous times about the falsetto and the old songs, really concerned if each falsetto note was reached. To be honest, I have no idea, it was used but likely not as much but it was awesome (and I guess, like you said, its because it had the emotion in the performance.)
I agree with the band when they say they made a album that sounds good live...when they did Paper Moon it felt like Raine was pointing at you and yelling at you, and you felt it. And sad to say, with the record and the apathy in recording it, I hope that its not the case, I hope he still cares!
Wow, longest post from me ever! Its still early and I need coffee. haha
