responding to a couple posts from a couple pages back:

Naveed gave Canada 2 more singles that not many people know about... Julia and Supersatellite (I had 3 hours of sleep... so if I can't spell that right now, fuck it haha) did very well here for radio play. THey probably won't make it to the greatest hits though.

Also, "The End Always Comes Dry" was a typo by some stupid web site. It was called "The End Always Comes Last" which actually had Raine laugh about the title when we asked him about it...the song later became "Our Time is Fading" We probably won't see it on the album because Mike Turner helped write it... even though Steve was involved in the recording.

For this greatist hits garbage, they better make it worth it... really worth it. I personally hate greatist hits cd's... but I did buy Matt Good's because of all the awesome bonus stuff included.

Though doubtfull (since they don't seem to really care about this kind of stuff) I want to see a bonus DVD that you don't have to pay extra for. There should be tons of live video's from the past "10 years"... I want all the songs remastered (just for the hell of it... a buzz word that sounds cool) and possibly some re-recorded songs. How about the long lost Mafia video that we all have? All this stuff shouldn't cost more than $20 CDN... last but not least... I want more than 1 or 2 un-released songs... I mean, seriously- come on!

ok I need sleep.

Cool, I thought The End Always Comes Dry/Last might have been Our Time Is Fading because of the similar titles, but I wasn't sure. Thanks for the info!

hells yeah

How about the long lost Mafia video that we all have?

I'm going to attribute this nonsense to the lack of sleep. There is no such video.

I didn't know Julia was officially released as a single... although some of my friends have told me that they've heard that song, so maybe you're right. Supersatellite used to be way overplayed for a while here, so I assumed it was a single.

I've never seen a scan or picture of what the Julia radio promo looked like. I have a copy of Supersatellite though.

I remember being told years ago that Julia was a single... and I've heard it enough times on the radio. If it wasn't officially a single, then I guess I'm wrong. haha

Sweet sweet Julia!!!

I love that song almost as much as I love lamp.

Its rather depressing that all the songs I love from this band wont make it near a greatest hits cd.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

if you ask me... most of OLP's greatest hits aren't even singles.

at a show, if I have to use the washroom... I go during songs like supermans dead or is anybody home. If I ever blow the dust off the dvd and watch it, I skip through those songs.

so I'll buy this Decade thing... but I probably won't listen to it very often.
