today i hung out with my friends sister (who i used to be best friends with before she stabbed me in the back and i ended up friends with her brother) that i haven't spoken to in 2 years, and it wasn't awkward.
but she is so different.
and so am i.

I love my life.
I haven't even been working at my job for a year and I've already got 3 raises.
And my mp3 player has over 30 random music videos about 150 songs and I still have room for another 100 songs or so. <3

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.

don't do it Neil
Promise rings are a waste. Use that money to go towards a real ring when you actually plan to propose. I'm sure if you explained to her that the money spent on this ring could contribute to a better ring when you get engaged she'll happily oblige haha

I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

It's just a little anniversary-type present. We've both agreed that we don't want to talk marriage until we're both finished with school.

Thanks, Sarah. I knew it would merely take a girl's approval. haha! I only wish I could afford at least a 1/2 carat, right now. But I know NOTHING about searching for legit diamonds, for a decent price, 'n all.

Seriously, don't listen to these guys. What are you going to do? Just not buy her any presents in the name of saving up for a diamond ring? I don't think she'll see the humour in that.

So, in other words, go for the anniversary/"promise" ring.

Don't worry about getting a huge ass dimond or anything like that. Trying to get something materially valuable seems tacky if its for sentimental reasons. Just get something she would find beutiful or has some sentiment behind it. Like take one of her girlfriends shopping with you or something.
