These are hilarious. Prank calls to FAO Schwarz. I can't believe people pay so much for this crap...

Anyways, it looks like the site has tonnes of other prank calls that I haven't checked out yet.

The credit card ones are excellent.

I've actually had my signature compared once before. The checker commented that they didn't match. But it was at Staples, and he realized this should be expected from people like me.

I've gotten asked for Identification before... while using debit. I tried to explain to her that I had a PIN, but she didn't speak english and my spanish isn't as intelligible as it could be.

It's just you crazy north americans that don't ever check people's signatures - why on earth do you not do it??? When I was working in a shop over there there was one time where a woman gave me her husband's credit card but signed it herself and then was really rude to me when I said that she couldn't do that. I'd love to see your credit card fraud rates.

Yeah, whenever I've travelled I've found it's been a problem.
Then again, myself and my travelling companions are teenagers, and that could have quite a bit to do with it.

You got checked at Staples?! :O
They've never ever told me to check credit sigs.
And I don't plan on starting. Thats far too much work for me.
