I've used both Canons and a Nikon Coolpix. The Coolpix pictures were of highly inferior quality. Canon is better in my mind, no question, unless you were to get a really really nice Nikon.

I've used that Nikon and I really really didn't like the delay in taking the pictures.

I went with the Canon. And a gig of memory.

Yeah, delay when taking pictures is excruciating when trying to take concert pictures. The band members ALWAYS move before you get your shot. :no:

mmmm, i just got a canon S60 and i love it, cameras excite me a lot....then again i am a photo major...
