Candy bars do not necessarily equal chocolate. Most likely, true, but if I made a bar of taffy, that'd be a candy bar, as well.

And I say candy bar...

Nobody's anwered us yet... unless "chocolate bar" is actually the other term you guys are referring to. In which case, what do you call non-chocolate candy bars? Plus, if it's not entirely made of chocolate, it's not a "chocolate bar".

I can't think of any....chocolate bars have chocolate, candy bars don't have candy.

Therefore, chocolate bar makes sense.

Well, two was a number I pulled out of my head. The only actual "candy bar" I can think of would be MacIntosh's Toffee.
