sloan has some of the most critically acclaimed records ever
other than one chord to another which had huge sales and wasnt as critically acclaimed as smeared and twice removed
either way
im happy to see a good east coast presence on that list
and i still see some of the bands i like
i dont really care and have nothing other than... well...

and yeah i agree that some newer albums were way to highly ranked
and apparentl this wasnt just ONE person's opinion... Chart called lots of musicians and critics and their own writers etc etc. u'll know what i mean if you read the article

Canada always have the reputation to put some nobody at the top when it's time to make a chart instead of popular people. You may complaint about OLP (Clumsy) at #49 which myself think that it should be in the top 10 easily. I mean it's one of the few Canadian to sale 1 million copies in Canada and in the US. Also, wtf is Alanis doing at "Jagged Little Pill" doing at #47? This is maybe one of the best album by a female artist, if not the best. That's why it sold 30 millions worldwide! A record for a female artist and for a debute album (even if it wasnt her debute album).
Also, I'm sure this year, Adam Van Koerverden will win Lou March trophy (best Canadian athlete) instead of Steve Nash (Pro Basket Player).

Well if you were to base this on album sales then it would be Celine Dion, Avril Lavigne, Shania Twain and all that crap.

Goodbye you liar,
Well you sipped from the cup but you don't own up to anything
Then you think you will inspire
Take apart your head
(and I wish I could inspire)
Take apart your demons, then you add it to the list.
