An elaborate story

Ok, here goes:

A story about a girl who can find nothing better to do than make up a fake internet life. A life where she posts on internet message boards the stories of her "awful" life. She could tell stories of being raped at a young age and getting final justice in the conviction of her evil father. Then she could live the fairytale dream of moving to New York and falling in love with a dream lover. And when she posts pictures of them, she might accidentally slip up and post pics of herself with 2 different guys who are supposed to be the same person. Oops. Then when everyone is feeling happy for her, she could say that she was raped again by the family of said husband (whichever guy he may be). That way she could get more sympathy. Then when other people were having a hard time and started to forget her, she could develop a story about getting cancer to draw the sympathy back to her, while other people on the board actually do have cancer or know someone who does. Then she could post about going to a fancy New York university, when in all actuality she goes to a school full of Northern Virginia assholes in Harrisonburg, Va. She could even create a fake livejournal to help with the deception! What do you guys think?

It does sound familiar, Nikki. That's because it's based on true events. It's based on the story of our friend "Val." For those who might not know, our friend and resident CM hottie "Val" has been living a lie to us for quite a while now. We were first tipped off to her elaborate plan when the pictures of "Cain" became mysteriously different. Then, while living in "New York" her actual IP address shows that she lives in Virginia. Oddly enough a phone conversation revealed that her voicemail belongs to a girl named Michelle. Michelle also has an account on the CM as MichelleJMU. JMU is James Madison University, which is located in Northern Virginia. It's definitely not NYU. Now for whatever reason Michelle, or "Val" has saw fit to post these dramatic stories as a plea for sympathy for whatever reason. It's horse shit and it sucks. It sucks to lie about having cancer, or being raped. It sucks because it happens to people every day, and this crazy bitch has saw fit to use these tragic events as a tool to toy with the thoughts and emotions of people on this board, and who knows where else. Michelle, get yourself some psychological help. You need it.

Unfortunately, yes. A group of us have known about this for a while now, but haven't had enough cold hard facts to back it up and bring it to everyone's attention. But, Michelle got sloppy, and now we do... hence, this thread.
