I bought it yesterday. Megalomaniac is definitely the best song on the record, but the rest is pretty sweet as well. It comes with a short dvd which is cool too, there's a short movie with Michael Einziger starring and a dramatization of Brandon's injury and some live footage from Lollapalooza and Bridge Benefit, those clips are on their website too I believe.
