Meh, I had a listen and this album didn't really do much for me. Yellow Brick road sounded alright, but I haven't bought an album for one song in a long time.

Too much left OLP with Mike.

OLP was once among my top 3 favorite bands of all time. Since Mike left, there seems to be a critical element missing. I tried to like Gravity and HiPT. I even gave Hunter's Lullaby a shot, but nothing after Mike left has stayed in legitimate rotation on my CD player or iPod. I only listen to the ...

Actually, I don't care what anyone thinks about what I may or may not know. Furthermore, I think I made it clear that the purpose of this thread was to get a feel for generally how long people think the American Military will be so fully engaged in Iraq and how they thought the then presidential ...

Here's where it gets tricky for me. I can't really comment on this whole WMD thing, but I think it would be foolish to think that that is the only reason that a military engagement might be neccessary.

Why can't you comment? Are you in the military?

My anonimity is an obligation -- I will ...

It is truly the ignorant who allow a government to attack a country that had nothing to do with 9/11 on the basis of finding non existant "weapons of mass destruction."

To add to that if the United States were to attack every country that they "percieved to be a threat", then they'd be waging a ...

Leave it with Osama? Are you aware of how many there are who are looking to make Osama look like small potatoes? You expect to be able to kill the beast by striking its head off, but there is a good reason we call them 'terrorist cells'. They are able to work independent of leadership and there is ...

Trust me, it is truly ignorance that kills. The fact that you do not see the threat before it kills your family does not mean it is not there. You say you would fight it, but the bigger question is, "Are you?".

For the long haul

This is not my usual place of choice in the CM forums, but being that I am directly involved in the biggest issue of the moment, I am going to put my two cents in on it. I am somewhat limited in what I can say about things due to the fact that most of my conclusions are based on classified ...

Impromptu Poetry

Just go off as you're sitting in front of your computer. I'll start.

All these tears you shed and bleed your life through
The life they take that they've no right to
Mold the stars -- imprison angels
Paint it all in planes and angles
All to hide what really matters
While sense and feeling ...

It turned out there was a legitimate reason she didn't call this last time -- one that I can't be mad about. It's bewildering when you can't be mad about something that has had you losing sleep like this. However, I adressed the issue of the past times it's happened and she promised she would not ...

I thought of the Depeche Mode song, "Enjoy the Silence" when I read those lyrics, but in that song, it goes, "All I ever wanted, all I ever needed is here in my arms."

I am curious about this wicca of which you speak. I know little, well next to nothing, about it, though I know and have known people involved with it.

Never having been in love probably allows you to see it most clearly. It's when you're in the thick of it that it all gets blurry.

I think if your love falls for someone else, it's pretty much a deal breaker, but I wouldn't say that it's worse than cheating.
