Yes, 'tis a sad day for both of us (that I know of) on this board.

I will dearly miss the man who put up with my hyperactive friends and I on that wonderful Sunday evening. His company was muchly appreaiated on our side of the stage.

Good luck Darrell. May you find success on your own.

I hate the fact that of all the people who performed during Bayfest weekend, Raine was the only one that was nice enough to come over and say hi.

I hate Duncan and his wonderful bass playing.

I hate the fact that my first OLP concert was in my hometown.

I hate Spiritual Machines and the ...

I became a OLP fan in early 2001. We had just got cable for the first time in our house and one of the first videos I remember seeing on Much Music was Life. Now, I had heard of Our Lady Peace before this, but I had never heard their music and I can remember just loving everything about this one ...

The word is in.

Thursday: unanounced at this point. (They didn't have it finallized, so they're going to announce it later. So far, the only hint we have is it's going to be huge.)

Friday: BARENAKED LADIES! (Yippy!)

Saturday afternoon: Sum 41 (I had a feeling they'd be added.)

Saturday ...

Hamilton would work... (My mom doesn't want to brave Watershed again and our first BNL concert was in Hamilton - and she specifically told me we'll keep an eye out for other OLP dates in the area...)

Nope, but I would advice you to do the whole camping out the night before the concert thing. Oh, and don't forget to bring lawn chairs. (The ones that fold up into bags work very nicely.)

Yippy! Bayfest! The holiest weekend in the city!

Rumours have been circulating around town since August. So far, Rush (very possable), Creed (very slim chance, but it's possable), Red Hot Chilli Peppers (no chance in Hell folks - Sarnia's a little too small for that one!) and Barenaked Ladies ...

I just about screamed when I first read that (but didn't because I'm in a library). I was at Watershed last year and, although it was a little bit of a rough experience, I'm going to see if I can make it up there for it.

(Last year, there were about 35,000 people there (the orginizers sold 15 ...
