I too used to collect pogs. I still hsve mine in a album made for pogs, almost like a baseball card album but the slots hold pogs. I also have a variety of metal and plastic slammers. Ahhh... to reminisce in my 4th grade days (I think that is when we used to collect them.)

The Vic is on Belmont and Sheffield, right in the Belmont/Clark/Halsted area. From what I can tell it is an old theatre. I believe they will take the seats away from the front row and have seats towards the back. That is all I can tell you, I have never actually been inside.
