Su7an: I bet Duncan can fly. He's just holding out on showing that skill off. 8O
joe_canadian: Yeah, one day at a concert he'll just stop playing and be like
"Yo muthafuckas! Wheeeeee!" and zoom off into the horizon

Nice! I was wondering when they'd update the banner. They had Mike and Jamie up there for a long time.

They never stop amazing me.

i like it... but i think it would be better with the new format AND the cartoons.
Death gives meaning to our lives, it gives importance and value to time. Time would become meaningless if there were too much of it.

too bad i now hate rich and shelly. the took out all the bad words from my concert review. and they didnt post my pics. i worked hard devising a way to get that cam into the show, specifically so they could be posted on olp.cc... those fuckers.
and now its international security. the call of the righteous men.

8O Rich and Shelley rock .. I don't blame them for taking out the bad words and try e-mailing them to try and find out why your pics haven't been posted yet .. maybe they're busy or just haven't gotten around to it yet ..

dude, andrew do you know how many emails i have sent rich and shel that they didn't respond to? they're probably just really busy, i wouldn't take it personally. i like the new format and i think the new banner is cool but im still kinda partial to the cartoons. weren't they drawn by someone on the cc or was it by rich and shelly?

8O
Thanks for everyone's opinions on the site. And yes, we are majorly swamped with emails, both due to a vacation and the site work. We apologize for any delayed responses. We've tried to keep people aware of this delay by apologizing in the news. Sorry if you missed that.

Andrew: we just received your email with the pic attachments on Tuesday, so have been unable to get to it yet. Sorry that you hate us now due to our delay. And yes, we did use characters in place of the profanity. A few words here and ther in a review is bareable, but overuse is not necessary and could offend some.

And regarding the cartoon characters. We agree that they did become a signature of olp.cc in a way, and we almost did use them in our new design. But after further consideration, we realized we needed to move on... and try something new. Kind of like the new OLP. Who knows though, we may resurface them in some way or another.

Clumsy fish: Regarding your comment about it being "so plain and boring" Sorry you feel that way. We battled with the look and concentrated more on ensuring the site was informative, organized, and quick loading rather than flashy, bright, and slow-loading. We hope it can at least be useful for you and everyone else who visits or submits information to share with all the fans.

Thanks again to everyone for your feedback.
