I don't know if this means anything but I sent an email to Leake from Power 97 in Winnipeg regarding a new OLP single once last week and this week and these are the responses I got.

MAY 31st:
Do you know when the new Our Lady Peace single will come out? And what it
might be called?

Leake - they are still talking about this with sony music. i should know by next week

JUNE 10th:
Hey, do you know what the new Our Lady Peace single is called and when it
will come out?

Leake - i should know this week
they keep changing their mind

So i'm not convinced that Where Are You will be the first single
...
But who knows....

Well, we know for a fact that you can hear it on the Much Phone. But we don't know if it is indeed that song. Someone needs to get a MuchPhone.

Everyone seems to have ignored the fact that it never says on the Much site that you can hear the new single NOW.

It just says before everyone else.

Actually, I just double checked the site Nikkie, and it says this:

Listen Up! We've got new OLP for you. Only on the MuchPhone.

I'm sure that means you can hear it now.

Wow, MuchMusic sucks at the internet. I was making an account there, and it turns out your password can only contain characters A-Z, no numbers or anything.

So getting off this phone thing (since there is a whole other thread about it.) What do you guys thing the new single music video will be like. Do you think there will be one for this single?

Probably... I don't know anything about the music industry, but it seems smart, if you're their going to release a single much earlier than an album, to release a video shortly after so that the band stays in the public eye.

But that's just my crazy idea.

There aren't many bands that don't do music videos for singles... I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that nothing's changed there with OLP.

I'm hoping for a live and/or artsy video... and not SOT-style with a random chick in the audience being featured for no apparent reason.
