arm pain/stomach pain sounds very bad. if you werent so young and healthy I would suggest MI.
hmm bad birthdays...well i am not one for celebrating birthdays but they make for legendary stories.
There was my 8th or 9th birthday when all my family (siblings range from 10 years to 7 years older) were all working so i sat at the dinner table and 'entertained' each one of them individually as they grabbed a bite to eat before their evening shift. They made a list of topics i could talk about with my dad, what do you think of the price of eggs? and how much tea do you think is in China? They still get quoted to this day

my first ever bout of SAVAGE AS ALL HELL acid reflux. apparently that was an insanely stressful week for me, and my body decided to go psycho on me.
dear god, that was horrible. extremely painful. i was terrified cause i had never experienced it before. i was scared to let landon leave because i thought i was having a heart attack at the tender age of (just!) 22.
it's gotten better. i'm on meds, and i've determined it's triggered by stress and stress only.
but it also ruined my special birthday supper with landon planned for the next day. a certain someone still owes me that supper...

renitdine? Yeah the reflux is nasty. My neighbour who had bad bought with it did end up having a heart attach as well, so be careful. Granted he was in his 40's, very healthy and active, but yes lots of stress.
oh crap..happy birthday neil...better late than never

ranitidine didn't work. i'm on something stronger now called omeprazole. my dr. thinks that once i'm done school (and working at the same time cause i'm an idiot) i'll probably be able to be off meds entirely cause my stress level will go down.

Thanks for the late bday shout, Laurel. You've had some rough b-days. Here I thought the fact that I treated myself to a whopper value meal at Burger King was bad.
