I can see this potentially being a final album. I think the band can live comfortably on the money they have earned. Raine has defintely got a safeguard planned for his post OLP career, and I can even see him doing stuff with Chantal, or contributing vocals for projects like Never Ending White Lights. I can definitely see Jeremy and Steve continuing on in a new band together or seperately. I would also assume the band has a large library of unreleased studio material, covers, and probably an enormous live catalog to release for years to come that they can earn royalties from. I do think they would bow out have a big farewell tour and such. I really hope it isn't a final album, but I won't rule it out either.

Not that I wanna discuss it now, but if they have a farewell tour of some sort, Mike better join them

One of the other members here talked to Mike a few weeks ago and he hasn't spoken to the band since leaving in 2001. It would be safe to say that Jamie would not join them either. *crosses fingers that Chris Eacrett won't back out*

ya...i was the one that talked to mike and he said he has not spoken a word to the band since he left, and even he was disappointed about that...after 10 yrs of being together...mike is still good friends with jamie, and i imagine the band still talks to him cause he filled in for a couple shows while mike eisentein had his baby....its too bad though
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

Maybe the CM should try and reunite Mike with the band. Like one of those "this is your life" specials, or get ther band on a talk show with a surprise guest being Mike.
I mean this message board has to have a purpose. Why not make this the ultimate goal?

I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

They may have mutually agreed to not talk to eachother.
