It is the way it is worded.. If you do not want that stuff cause you feel it defeats the purpose then remover yourself from the list. Everything that I belong too ( charity wise) as the option of receiving mail or emails.. That is all I am saying with that..

I got my thank you note from War Child for my Jackson Triggs donation today. Mine had a tax receipt on the bottom of it. Everything was on the same page and it's perforated so it's really not a waste of paper.

“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

I'd love to go too!! But it was just happening too close to the Gatineau show for me to make a trip back up. At least I got to give Raine my donation in person! It's a small consolation but I got to see how happy it made him. I like the personal aspect better than the informality of donating online but sometimes it's gotta be done. I was lucky

Latest archived video has a new song (not sure if it's one of the two he had previously performed) and Yellow Brick Road. The live stream wasn't working well for me though.

In the Ustream Channel, there are video of Raine that perfoms:
Innocent
All You Did Was Save My Life
Not Done Yet(then it's a song previously perfomed)
Yellow Brick Road
Hey guys... I'm pretty sure Trusty was there recording so we'll probably get to see lots more and Locobone has Josh's recording equipment. Just sayin.
Online he's up to $8,483.98. 98 cents... lol
I can't wait to see how much he actually raised when it's all totaled up!

Here are my picsfrom the busking event. Extended set with extra dreamy super duper closeups for the ladies (and some of the guys) are on Flickr.
I have audio and videoaswellthat will see the light of day some time in the future. I'm so covert, stealthy, and inconspicuous that I don't think anyone noticed me recording.
It was a great event and a great day. Lots of people turned out at every location. I'm sure Raine reached his target goal and overall the event seemed like a success.
