This is why being excited about braces was wrong!! They are sooo heavy and hurt so much the first few dayyysss. :*)**
I remember craving pretzels and peanuts and crunchy stuff for the pressure. Aspirin is good too. Honestly, finding ways to get used to the pain will help you, because every time you get your wires changed, its the same heavy pain thing.
I also found most of the "myths" about what you can eat and stuff to be way wrong. I never had a problem chewing gum or eating gooey food like pizza or pasta.

i played guitar wtith some guy tongiht, it was fun!!!! also, my phone is completely dead* i dont know where my charger is. i should have done this befor ei went out. i have to wake up in 4 hours
