I think it's just the bunned up hair and glasses.
A lot of women look alike in that kind of outfit.

Palins face is alot more plump that Chantals

Palin's got a really pronounced jawline. Chantal's face is a lot less angular.

Plus Chantal would probably be a much better vice president. She certainly has more experience with foreign affairs. HAH.
