I saw the Salads live at MTV :D

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever

hours on a greyhound, standing around for hours, and hours on a greyhound later, i can say it was all completely worth it for a "free" (note transportation costs) john mayer show at yonge/dundas square. good grief. that man is amazing. not to mention amazingly talented.

My plan right now is to travel again next summer to see the warped tour again. Yes, I am completly aware of how disturbingly early it is to be planning a summer trip in september, but how else do you think I can deal with the fact that its september again?

My main ideas right now are to either travel to Vancouver again and catch the Vancouver/Calgary shows. This leaves the option of also travelling down south to seattle if the urge strikes. I also have some family in both cities I might be able to worm my way in with. I'd really like to go back to Vancouver because the city and concert there this summer was so mellow and so nice, I couldn't ask for anything more. The only downside is that its probably going to cost me a lot more to fly all that distance. (Cause trust me, driving ain't an option)

The closer option is Tornoto and Montreal. err...well Barrie I guess, but you get the point. Its a lot closer and it would probably be cheaper. However I don't know anyone to crash with and its usually at the end of the summer....

I'm not sure which to go with. And its kind of hard to plan a trip without having a destination. Anyone have any opinions? experiences? incentive? Anything to help me make a decision?
Ahoy, thanks.

i was thinking of going to a Vancouver date for this concert, because Bloc Party, as well as Jack's Mannequin, are opening... but paying for a P!@tD concert sounds too appalling.

I got to see Murder By Death on Saturday night in Knoxville. Bethany and I saw them a couple years ago in Ann Arbor, and I thought they were really good then. They put on a great show Saturday along with Sam Lowry, and 2 local groups. Good times.
