What songs would you put on OLP Greatest Hits album?

Post by quietorloud »

So apparently, OLP are going to be releasing a Greatest Hits album. It's probably just going to have all their major singles, I think. That's usually how it works, right? Well, what songs would you put on this album if you got to choose? My list:

1) Naveed
2) Neon Crossing
3) Julia
4) Superman's Dead
5) 4am
6) Clumsy
7) Potato Girl
8) Thief
9) Right Behind You
1o) In Repair
11) Life
12) Made to Heal
12) The Wonderful Future
13) Innocent
14) WTFBU
I don't do sigs.

Although it would make sense now that they're trying to find ways out of their contract with Sony, if a greatest hits album will count as their last album before the contract is up or something.

I'll never forget the look on Raine's face when Miro told him to add Blind Anniversary to a future set list.

think that would make the greatest hits? lol not likely.

in fact, the cd is probably gonna only have the main singles (superman, is anybody home, somewhere out there, etc) and of course an unreleased track or 2.

sorry to say, great songs like Neon Crossing and Are you Sad will not make it... they should be greatest hits, but they aren't. No radio play.

As long as In Repair is on there somewhere, along with Clumsy, Naveed and Car Crash, I'll be happy.

And the Piano version of Julia too.

Very far fetched but my dream would be to have a set like Matt Good put out, with the standard radio hits on one disc, rarities and what not on a second, and a dvd of the videos on the third. I doubt it will happen, but oh well I can dream.
