oh, and I just had frozen yogurt.

My food/drink intake today: water, Boost, coffee x2, jello, tomato soup, and frozen yogurt.

I'm so hungry

drink a lot of boost and try some lentil soups
just drink the liquid and make sure the lentils are well boiled
that keeps your protein intake high and keeps your energy levels high

i had jaw surgery bout 8 years ago... i managed to only lose umm 10 lbs during the 5 or so weeks i was wired shut :nod:

Having braces will just be a warm up for getting my wisdom teeth extracted, and then my jaw surgery later on.

and hhmm... I could stand to lose a few pounds, maybe this won't be so bad
