My favourite CD cover is Spiritual Machines... without a doubt. I loved it so much I wallpapered my room in the cover art.
Another one of my favourite's is MGB's Beautiful Midnight:
But who doesn't love this cover?

Beautiful Midnight is my favourite album booklet thing EVER.
Though it's more for the inside than the cover.
