I'm really sad we didn't get rid of Bertuzzi. We should've.
Whats the deal with Mika Norenen? I heard when he was drafted he was said to be the new rising star? Is he now?

Mika is solid. He never got a real chance to play here in Buffalo. When he started too, he got hurt, and that was the end of it. With Biron and Miller in here now, he was the odd man out. He'll be a great back up to have, maybe a starter someday, if ever given the chance.

you guys would have gotten nothing for burtuzzi. especially since he's probably overpriced given the cap system. Best case scenario is just to hang on and hope he bounces back.

unless of course this is a contract year, in which case i'm wrong.

so the nhlpa discussed the possibility of not increasing the min and max levels of the salary cap (if the league max goes up by 6 million then the league min has to also increase by 6 million which results in the overall salary increasing by enough to jeopardize the 54% hard cap of league wide revenues and thus kick in the escrow tax on the players salaries (which takes a cut off the salaries of the players and is tossed into an account that, after the season, if the league wide revenue is lower than expected the owners are compensated since the players would get more than 54% and back to the players if revenues are high enough for the players then the money goes back to them)

anyways
the salaries are likely to not be increased by the max next year in all liklihood
they'd probably be increased by 3 million to 42/24 million
go fuck yourself.

Back on the earlier topic about Darcy Tucker being a dirty player, tonight he took a run at Jochen Hecht's knee in the 3rd period in Hecht's first game back from a Knee injury. Hecht retaliated and got a penalty, and Tucker got nothing. After Hecht's penalty, he went straight to the bench and didn't play for the rest of the game.

and about that, Hecht is probably going to be out for a while yet again. The sabres coach Lindy Ruff was furious about it. Just listen to his post game interview: http://eod.liquidviewer.com/wgr-od/wgr/ ... 3_ruff.wma

of course, Tucker didn't get any suspension, or a fine. The league just won't cease screwing the buffalo sabres

I thought Sabres tixs were overpriced BEFORE this season......

I can't imagine what they'll be next season.....I'm settling for Rochester Americans, games.

So, what do u guys predict? TOnight'S the last night of the sens? And what did you all think of the oilers coming back like that, they seems to be lighten up by a fire of motivation that won't stop burning just yet. Although I was sure the sharks could beat this team in 4, here they are coming back and fighting back. 6-3 yesterday, what a weird ending, I preferred when they had 4 overtime to settle things. eheh!
