Driving in circles & not being able to find parking in Toronto because there are two major events on at the same time.

muscles and their limitations

ex: i lifted weights at 6am
then did 1 hour of goalie workout after school
ran half a mile home
but then was too tired to go to conditioning at 5:45 because i'm weak.
so i played volleyball with my mom and various others
and by the time i went to dance, i was so tired that my ballet did not look like ballet
and now every molecule in my body is screaming
:(
i need to be stronger, that's what annoys me
i am not strong enough.

awww *hugs* But that's a lot in one day... give yourself a little credit. I don't think you can come to the conclusion that you're weak because your body had a hard day after all of this.
