i lost 5 pounds with a cold. and another 5 with the flu.

I still eat crappy food, but I eat less of it. And I go to the gym three times each week instead of sitting on my ass doing nothing.

i give my lunch away to the needy.

actually, i'm just not hungry enough to eat it all.

so my kind and thoughtful friend steals what i don't eat so as not to make waste.
