I think I'd have to kill myself if I ever became lactose intolerant. Like, for real.

I had a swiss and "bacon" sandwich, cheddar and sour cream potato chips, some little Reese's peanut butter cups and grape juice.

Yeah, there's a test...DON'T TAKE IT! They have you drink pure lactose and then measure some kind of levels. I was in agony for several hours. Granted my results were off the chart, but I wouldn't imagine tat giving pure lactose to someone who has any degree of lactose intolerance would be pleasant. It didn't taste too good either. Oh, and then the last thing takes the cake...here's the conversation...

Doctor: Yeah, you're lactose intolerant - your results are off the chart.
Me: Well, it sure is good that we found out. What can we do about it.
Doctor: Do? Um, absolutely nothing!
Me: Well, why did I take the test then?
Doctor: Beacusen your insurance company makes a nice little "donation" to our office for each test we do.

See what I mean...don't take the test. I got better over the years and am now just moderately lactose intolerant but that had nothing to do with taking the test.

i just ate a gingerbread snowman that i decorated myself with white icing, red gel icing, lots and LOTS of rainbow sprinkles and it was GREAT!!
