That comment made me laugh.. anyway the show was amazing. i actually had front row on the side of the stage. I also got to talk with the people from Amenisty International. I was able to resign up and not have to pay a few. They wave teh first year. I use to be in AI and Greenpeace years ago..

They did mostly the new CD, but played fan faves off the first two cd's/ I can't believe this is the same little bandd I saw 4-1/2 year ago playing a club in NYC. Now they are selling out stadiums.

I'm very excited. Our Lady Peace is in one week's time. Pearl Jam is a week after that. And then in October Hawksley Workman is playing here. The last concert I saw was I think 8 months ago. And before that it was a year. So three concerts in the span of a month or so is very cool. :D

Yeah for Sarah.. :nod: :nod: Bloc Party was tonight but I am so tired so I didn't go> Sam Roberts is playing her next week for CMJ..I want to go, but don;t think you can get indiviual shows for CMJ.. I have to call the place tomorrow..

My next show is OLP on the 21st...

Pearl Jam ruled, They played Runnin Back To Saskatoon by the Guess Who.

And they ended with Keep on Rockin In The Free World

Not only that but they filmed the first 3-4 songs for some New Orleans benefit thing... He didn't really explain where it would be aired though.


and finally

I see U2 on the 14th and 17th in Toronto! ROAD TRIP!

i'm seeing Matthew Good next month, and then i'm seeing Nine Inche Nails, Queens of the Stone Age, and Death From Above 1979.

Pretty sweet as far as i'm concerned, i missed PJ in Winnpeg though, i heard they were amazing.

i just got in from the White Stripes.

despite not being a fan, i was impressed with their stage setup. that jack guy uses the space, and is quite the multi-instrumentalist it would appear.

not a bad show at all.
