Halifax is a rare brand of wine. It was first developed in the mountains around Switzerland in 1883, when a group of climbers discovered upon a halifax-colored batch of grapes. Their team scientist soon discovered that they would not freeze at the summit of the mountain, even if made into a liquid. One climber wrote the events in his journal, but the entire team plummeted down a vast crevice and the journal was lost until recently, when another crew plummeted. This second crew managed to radio before meeting their demise, "THERE'S A JOURNAL OF SOME SORT DOWN HERE!"

A helicopter flew in and grabbed the journal. This was in 1955. After some time thawing, they finally managed to read the journal in 1988, and discovered the secret of the unfreezeable Halifax wine.

It's delicious.

You should never eat the two of them together though. They have very different tastes, that just clash. Seperatly however :drool:
