the song is definitely growing on me. i heard it on the radio for the first time today, and now it's been stuck in my head all day.
i also officially adore the album cover. it reminds me of a norman rockwell painting...one of those 'waiting for a shot in the doctor office' type ones. i really like it. it can be interpreted in more than one way...maybe it's someone waiting for a medical exam for the army (war..paranoid times..) or just that doctor visit..or maybe something completely different. it makes you think. it's nice to see an album cover that does that.

The Live 8 version isn't as bad as it once seemed. The studio version still isn't doing it for me.

Or... someone is sitting their ass down turned away from what's going on around them, thus remaining "healthy in paranoid times" but only superficially, since they have their back turned. Oh ho, the possibilities!

I like the cover. It's simple, but a hell of a lot more creative than just stick the band on the cover again. Anyone notice how his suspenders are identical to the bars of the chair? I actually thought his suspenders were a middle bar at first glance.

I also think that it means that he's unaffected by the paranoia around him, he's in a blank room sitting alone. He's sitting calmly facing forward, rather than looking over his shoulder.

clumsy congress board is closing down by the end of the week, to be replaced by new board....here's what Marie wrote.

Hey guys,

Just a heads up that we'll be moving to a new forum provider by the end of the week. If there are any messages on this board that you would like to keep, please save them before we do the switch on Friday, because I can't guarantee we'll be able to export the old messages and we might be starting fresh on the new board.

For some reason I lost the password to get on the hub. I don't know it cause it used to always be saved everytime I went back. How can I get the password back or what is it?

maybe, if you wander over the trading section of the board, and look specifically in the hub troubles topic, it might just help you.
