...new album?

When was this interview taken? Cause if i'm not mistaken we've already heard of Jeremy saying that Vampires could be the album title, then Raine said it probly wouldn't. I'll wait for anoter "official" source before making any more assumptions.

but yeah i agree from before, unusual amount of common sense would be hard to shorten.

"hey guys, i have all the olp cds...naveed, clumsy, happiness, spiritual machines, gravity, live, and unusual amount of commons sense...!"

still, vampires doesn't have that ring to it.
i'm feeling sad and dead inside.

save for that little spark way in the corner that's going "yay the album's gonna be out soon"

it's a great title, but it just doesn't seem to reflect where they've taken their music. i mean a few seconds off that vampires democlip isn't much, but the album they've made and put so much into is supposed to be a big comeback...it just shouldn't have such a flat-sounding name.

Maybe the name has some sort of signifigance to the songs on it, so after you hear it, you'll be like "wow I totally get it"

I'm totally with you on that. The article might be new, but god knows when he gave the actual interview.

We could always abbreviate it... UAOCS... it's awkward at first, but you get used to abbreviations after a while. :lol:

OAUCS doesn't sound so bad either...I usually refer to Spiritual Machines as SM.

"Vampires" is a really blah title but who knows? Like other people have said, there might be a significance to the songs and message on the album that will totally get through to us when we finally hear it.

I thought that Jeremy said once that the name "Vampires" only sounded cool for about a month. Either that is a totally old interviews (like you guys have speculated) or they somehow changed their minds.

it's funny how all we have to go on is a title, but we're still determined to discuss the shit out of it. It's not that creative but it's a title. leave the damn thing alone, it's like trying to read a book by it's cover.
