Motherfuckers. I want my $5 back damnit.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I heard they were good live. They are playing at the George Street festivel with Hawksley Workman and GBS.
But I'm not 19 so I can't go. Damnit.

I saw the Trews perform three songs at an awards show in March. I was blown away.

Today a friend of mine gave me a sampler cd from this band called Dirty Americans. And then I realized that they're playing with some friends of mine called CPX this Friday at the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor.

I'd *so* go if it wasn't for the damn lease miles on my car.

So, I can't go see The Trews because my friends are all idiots. Particularly the one who backed out last minute.

I hate it when this happens.

Well I now can't see the Trews because they play from 4-5 instead of 7:30 like they were originally slated for thanks to having to work until 4. Hopefully my school manages to get them to play this year...
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

Yeah, it really sucks, doesn't it. That's happened to me 4 times in the past 3 weeks. :landon:

One time when I was going to see Brand New, my parents ripped up my ticket right in front of my face because I was being 'disrespectful'

Guy: Her locker's down the hall, I've counted 17 from mine.
Girl: Does he see me? Does he even know that I'm close by?
Guy: We're in the hallway, always at half past nine.
Girl: Would he ever get to know me? Would he take the time?

If you really want to see a band, go anyway.

I mean, unless you don't have a car or something.
