Post by Clumsythief »

Hmm.. I tought that the DVD and live CD will be released in the next few months, but it looks like that they will only be released by the end of the year or early next year.

it just means the two will be released together instead of seperate. If anything I'd much rather have that than have them separated.

they said later this year or early 2004, most likely the date they have now will stand March-april possibly may. It will be out before they go back into recording there 6th album so it will be before this summer.

don't use that word, it's very disrespectful. thanks.

Ya Raine did say in the Much music interview that this live cd would be like the bridge between Gravity and their 6th album. It seems like they're really trying to capture a much more live atmosphere on their next album. After watching the interview on much last night I'm actually really excited.

I heard that they both would be released at the same time too (end of this year/start of next), but more recently, I heard that they have set a date for the live cd...April 1

 Haha, funny part is, he used that word absolutely correctly, which is something that doesn't happen often:

dictionary.com wrote:re·tard1 ( P ) Pronunciation Key (r-tärd)
v. re·tard·ed, re·tard·ing, re·tards
v. tr.
To cause to move or proceed slowly; delay or impede.

v. intr.
To be delayed.

n.
A slowing down or hindering of progress; a delay.
Music. A slackening of tempo.

Sorry, just felt the need to point that out, because I thought it was kinda funny. I find odd things humorous. :freak:

If they wait to release the DVD then it will have no of the new album songs on it - which would not be good in a year or so (when OLP have a new album out)... so perhaps they will record more shows in the future?

Why wouldn't it have any of the new songs on it? Do you mean that if the new album is released first and then the DVD is released, the songs won't really be "new"? Anyway, they didn't play too many new songs during the Fear of the Trailer Park anyway. Just OTiF and that one cover as far as I know. I would love to have a live OLP DVD regardless of whether the songs are all new, all older, or a mix (although I would prefer a mix, which I'm sure it will be).
