people are sick. we just had this huge incident at my school where a bunch of kids got together at new years, got drunk, and proceeded to spray hairspray on the family parakeet and set it on fire. the geniuses then made a website about it and put the pictures on the internet of the bird burning and it's shriveled carcass. then they went around to different parties showing the dead bird off and wouldn't stop talking about it in school.
happily, 13 different people called the ASPCA, the police got the pictures on the internet, and one kid was charged with a misdemeanor of animal cruelty, which was recently upgraded to a felony. the other assholes are getting kicked out of Honor's Society and the class president and vice president (who were involved) are being impeached. i'm so so so glad something is finally being done. they do shit like this all the time...
I tell ya, that was one scary night. First we walked around Temple's campus entirely too much at about midnight, then we finally find the frat, and it's black metal night. Everyone was nazis.
