I didn't realize that a chest skin graft could grow a new nipple. I figured that if they only took skin, then just skin would grow.

I'm pretty sure the nipple must've been part of the graft. There's no way it could've "grown" like the caption says.

i dont think they'd just remove the nipple tho
but the pluripotency of epidermal cells is a rather intriguing possibility
but
usually there should be something repress that growth and thats what i dont get

That is pretty weird. Well there is such a thing as a third nipple, so maybe it's something like that. Somewhere along the lines part of the tissue they took from the chest may have had that cell in them. I hope someone can understand what I'm trying to say.
