Egg Nog is special. I can handle, one glass. Per Year.

I would drink Soy Nog, except all the recent studies on soy products made me run back to real milk, so its out of the picture.

Soy is bad for you if you drink too much of it or eat too much soy products but in moderation is okay :nod:

I hate all forms of milk, I only have soy like once a week, if that. I've hated milk since I was a kid though :puke:

Yeah I've always disliked milk, but its better than taking calcium supplements. Soy hightens your chance of cancer. Nooo thanks

Heheh yeah. Whatever i can do to lower the risk is always a good thing though! Besides, i was drinking soy milk everyday, for about a year, i only stopped recently.
