The official clumsymonkey community shirt

Post by Nadine »

Well I thought we better have a new topic for this, so everyone will know about it. 8-)
So everyone having a possible design for the shirt, post it here... we can agree on one later then...

And I was wondering if we want a special part of the olp-lyrics or something else that has to be on the shirt... like on my olp-shirt it says ".. oh i waited!"!

Any ideas... please post them here :)

Actually, before you got here, we had a merch store. And the lyric of choice for the board (as voted on by the memebers of the board) is "it's your dream, not theirs..." :)

i think the problem was no one bought anything
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

well we don´t have to hurry with anything... (except you want to have a shirt before olp start touring... ).. so i would suggest we´ll collect desgins now.. so everyone who wants to try making one can take their time for it... and if then we have a design we all can agree on AND have enough ppl that would order one we can start thinking about making everything come true... how about that?

I wish we could find somewhere that does that kind of stuff, but has cheaper prices. Their t-shirts are freaking expensive.

They're not quality, either. She should've prolly mentioned in her post that we're gonna get a shipment of screen printed tees... which will probably mean we'll need at LEAST 50 people who want to buy a shirt. Or enough people to buy 50 shirts. Either way. I think that's usually the minimum these places let you order. I've got some bookmarked someplace in my Burn Kate folder that I'll dig up, but first we need enough people interested. And by the length of this thread... I'm not thinking there's enough people. :uhh:

I think there´s not enough people because they might fear the shirts will look as erm whatever as these from the former store...
erm... the order from the German forum contained only 67 shirts... and some people ordered up to 4 shirts because somehow they found someone who did this for cheap prices and in all the colours we wanted... for one shirt we only paid 10€ (about the same price in $)!
And we were a lot less users on the board, so I think when we´ve got a kind of final shirt to present there would be more people interessted in buying one..
On German google i can find a lot (cheap) offers for your own designed shirts... but i don´t know what to tipe in when searching google.COM...

I want one.

I'll have 2 if they're pink :D
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

ok... my excuse is that it´s 2:26 in the morning :freak: !

I made 2 different designs... and because the whole thing could become very expensive with all the colours the clumsymonkey has i also put each in black & white...
1:
in colour:

black & white:

The second one looks nice in my opinion.

Queens Of The Stone Age-Someone's In The Wolf

Once you're lost in twillights's blue
You don't find your way, the way finds you...

Tempt the fates, beware the smile
It hides all the teeth, my dear,
What's behind them...

So glad you could stay
Forever

He steps between the trees, a crooked man
There's blood on the blade
Don't take his hand

You warm by the firelight, in twilight's blue
Shadows creep & dance the walls
He's creeping too..

So glad you could stay
Forever
