Kids these days.

Post by Johnny »

Kids today are swearing left, right and centre and it seems that they have no respect for older people. My neighbour has kids and I frequently hear them swearing and I even heard one boy say to another girl:

"I'd do you and you'd like it"

:wtf: :wtf: :wtf:

Where in the hell did he pick it up? You know, how good of parenting is his mom doing? I don't even want to know where he heard that. And whats worse is that the mother has several boyfriends through out the year and I dare say he hears things. She is so setting a bad example for her kids.

If I swore and talked like that when I was younger, I would gotten my ass slapped. No doubt about it.

Most kids today are assholes. Good Job raising your kids parents, you're doing a fine job

edit: this is probaby in the wrong forum, feel free to move it. :)

Hahaha ahhh Johny. I know what you mean. I go walking by the park and I hear little nine year olds dropping the f-bomb. The thing is there were probably a few kids my age that swore when I was 9 as well.

I remember being in like grade 3 and NO one would say the f-word or such because it would be such a disastrous thing that everyone would stop and stare at them in complete shock. It was totally out of the ordinary

and that was like, what, less than a decade ago? wow.

what is this world coming to?

I feel sort of bad because I have a semi dirty mouth and my sisters and brother hear it all the time. But I got it from my family. Be no one says the f word.

I think every generation says this about the younger, but I honestly think parents are doing a crappier job raising their children. Everything is about material, therefore both parents have to work their asses off to make their kids into what they perceive to be happy. When really, kids need to learn to work and have their mother or father around to supervise them. It's sad really.

When I was in grade 6 we were still calling sex "it" and giggling uncontrollably anytime one of us would manage to fit "it" into a sentence as many times as possible.

My 3 year old sister called my 16 year old sister a bitch yesterday but only because she heard me say it first...woopsie heh

They should just download Denis Leary's song "I'm An Asshole", and then have some fun with it.

Parents are getting worse. Just get a job in retail and you'd find out.

I get at least three families a day that can't take care of their children. Either I get people that can't take 30 seconds away from their DVDs to hold their crying child or the usual fucktard family that just leaves their child in my department and walks away, causing lots of crying.

Hell, during Christmas, a lady left her baby at my cash register for 10 minutes. 10 fucking minutes. How the hell do you pull that off? You think at some point you'd realize the thing you just popped out of your vagina is missing.

Yeah, parents suck.

I just did a presentation on Teenage sex like 30 minutes ago.

Things are getting much worse. Espically when Junior High kids get letters sent home to their parents about how they can't have oral sex under the stairwell.

It all comes down to the media though. We have become to saturated with sex, drugs and violence that its having an effect on kids. And who is to blame but us? Espically since we are the ones buying into it. Its just not right.

Today in my seminar we were talking about this. I mean, you see damn 5 year old girls walking around in tube tops. Sure, its not offensive, but when they are 13 and getting sexualized what are you going to say? "hey now, you're older and more mature, cover up"? we're starting these kids younger and younger, one of my friend's little sister got a letter home about an STD breakout in the 7th GRADE???!!!!!!!!!!

We were all freaking out, and my teacher laughed. "they used to say you started getting out of touch when you turned 30.......seems like now its 18 or 19"

Luckily, most people feel the same way that I know......and maybe the NEXT round of kids won't all be dirty mouthed Ho's.

This is all the major reason why I am a proud member of the Voluntary Human Extinction Movement.

...

Oh, and when I was 12, it was all the rage for the popular girls at school to go around saying, "I think I'm pregnant!" to mean "I'm getting some!" Twelve. TWELVE! :uh:

When I was 12 we dared each other to hug.

And I'm only 19.

C'mon, not THAT much can have changed in that amount of time.

My junior year in high school there was an article in the paper about the middle school I went to and how they're all jacking each other off in class and on the bus and oral sex everywhere. Sheez.

It seems that kids have less respect today then when I was a kid. Maybe cause alot of parents had them when they were extremely young. Babies raising babies. You see it all the time.

Today's kids are growing too fast if you ask me. When I was a pre-teen to mid teens I didn't do half the things these kids do. If I ever spoke back to my parents or show disrespect I probably wouldn't of seen the next day.

here is something I found really disturbing. In one of the local papers here last week there was an ariticle about a game called SNAP going on in the schoold.

SNAP is a game. YOung girls(as young as 10, 11) wear the color bracelets and rings(I wore all that stuff in the 80's, but it was more fashion then sexual) The boys will break off the ring or bracelet and get a coupon from the girl to do the thing that corosponded with the color. For instant Green was outside sex, orange was oral, white lap dance, etc etc. Mind you these are children. Not high school kids, but middle school and younger.

the one thing that got me was (due to all the FCC stuff with Howard Stern) the Oprah show. Where the woman was talking about kids and sex. Some of those things. I was a bit appalled. Not cause it was kids having sex, but because of the whole AIDS, STD's out there.

As for respect. Alot of these kids don't have any for each other, parents, teachers. It is a sad society we now live in where the kids are almost out of control.

I grew up with both my parents working and siblings not home. I never had any kind of adult supervision after school really and I turned out fine. My parents instilled good values in me.

I had aproblem the other day at a show. These kids were being really obnoxious and things like that. Egging me on.This one girl keep pinching my arm and pushing her elbows in my back.(I do not mean the normal shoving you get at a show, but purposely) I am not violent(never was) so I wasn't about to hit her, plus she was definitely under 21, hell I bet they were only 15, 16.I am not about to be arrested for assaulting aminor. It is things like that. We readit every day in the paper how students beat up on a teacher.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Yeah, I saw on Oprah some parents whose five-year-old went to the first day of kindergarten, came home, and asked them what a blowjob was.
