Survivor: All Stars

Post by Baby Thief »

Down here in the states, Survivor has gathered up all of the most famous (or infamous) players of the game of Survivor. Though now'adays any reality television show seems to be simply labled 'embarrassing' 'stupid' or 'fake,' Survivor has always held it's spot as one of the must see shows for me. Even with the recent decline in the excitement levels of the seasons, i still enjoyed them.
Premiering after the superbowl was Survivor All Stars. Ofcourse i was all ready to be in for an excellent season. I am personally not dissapointed at all.

Anyone else happen to watch it?

No. I've never watched this show and have no desire to. The Apprentice owns. You should watch that.

I'm all about the Mole and its sneaky paranoia but I have to admit that I watched survivor last night.
I am ashamed.

Since I only watched the first two seasons I am rooting for those people.
And I have to say, I have found a new respect for Hatch. He is awsome. I hope he wins again.

And I don't understand the whole "lets vote out the past winners" philosphy. They all have the same right to be there. Its a best of the best competition and they better realize that they are voting off all the floaters that made it to the end which will leave them with stiff comeptition.

Yeah, I watched it. It was okay, some of the people they brought back are great while others are downright annoying (e.g. Rob (the New York one) and Tom (the farmer).. among others) I always hated both of them.. But, I suppose you have to hate someone. I must say Richard was rather entertaining and I'd be happy if Rupert, Lex or Shi-Ann won.

yeah... new york rob is pretty annoying. he's so full of himself.
i never liked shi-ann either. she was always blaming everything on being a "minority", which seemed like bs to me.

but i can't complain about the selection either way. it's a pretty good lineup, i just wish jonny fairplay was in there. He probably turned down the invite.

I loved that guy! He was awsome! I didn't see any of it but when people came in the next day and were like "Man, the guy lied about his dead grandma! Thats terrible. He should get voted out" I knew I liked him.

I honestly have begun to detest reality TV......and I've never watched more than 21 seconds of Survivor.

The only one I enjoy watching anymore is the Real World/Road Rules challenges.....because lots of fighting and casual sex happen all over.

because they already won a million dollars. no need for them to win again. i would have done the same thing too. i would rather have someone win who hasn't won before.

i wish john would have on too. the whole lying about his grandmother being dead was priceless.

and i want lex to win. i looooooved him in africa and i still love him now.

heh, reality tv is my guilty pleasure. i have seen every single episode of survivor from day one.

yeah, but they had a chance to win a million and they didn't get it. Why should they get another chance? Its all stars for a reason people! I'm just curious if the other tribes will follow the same plan.

well, it's just my opinion. if you already won a million dollars, you don't deserve another million.

oh, oh, and another person i want to win is rob, not the annoying one, the one that was in the amazon, that jenna won. which by the way, she totally didn't deserve to win. i mean, no one liked her. i'm still convinced it was fixed.

I want either Rupert or Tom the goat farmer to win.

Rupert's awesome and Tom's hilarious.

i think the "they've allready won" thing will come up in other tribes just cause it's a good way to keep yourself off the block.

in my oppinion, whoever plays best deserves to win.. it doesn't really matter if you've won before, but i'd still focus on the issue only to keep myself alive.
