Unoffical Concert Poll

Post by Tattooed Angels »

Hey Guys. First off I know I spelled official wrong. Left out the second i. My friend and I were talking last night. I said that OLP.NET and OLP.Com should have a poll when OLP tours for what songs the FANS wanted to hear(that hasn't been done in awhile) from Naveed to Spiritual Machines. The song with the most votes they should put in the set. I was thinking of emailing Stace and Devi to suggest this to the band. Here are the selections. What songs would you really like to see put back in the set.? let me know your choice

Naveed:
Supersatelite
Denied
Dirty Walls
Hope
Julia
Under Zenith

Clumsy:
Hello Oskar
Let You Down
Shaking
AUtomaitc Flowers
Car Crash
Carnival

Happiness & Fish:
Potatogirl
Blister
Waited
Lying Awake
Stealing Babies
Happiness and the Fish

Spiritual Machines:
Middle Of Yesterday
Made To Heal
Everyone's A Junkie
Wonderful Future
Life(whole song)

I left Gravity off cause they just toured for that CD. I am curious to see what people want to hear. I am serious about suggestion it to Stace(.net) and Devi(.com). Wouldn't it be awesome if they dusted of an old song they hadn't played for years cause the fans really wanted to hear it. I also left off songs liek Mafia, In Repair and Thief cause they still do those songs.
Here are my picks. Naveed: I think they should put back in SUpersatelite or Dirty Walls, but I love to see Under Zentih done. CLumsy: Let You Down. Happiness: BLISTER  , I have only been asking(as others) for 2 years now. Spiritual Machine: MIddoe Of Yesterday.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

You may get your wish with Car Crash. When I saw them last year. Steve said to my friend and I that he wanted to do Car Crash. I don't know. That was always my favorite song to watch Mike T. play. I love the Live From The Pitt(1998) version. It ruled.

Naveed- Really tough, I'd choose Denied or Under Zenith- I'd love to hear both tracks live now compared to ten years ago...

Clumsy- Hmmm, probably Car Crash with Hello Oskar being a close second.

Happiness...- Potato Girl  I love live Potato Girl

Spiritual Machines- TWF  if not, made to heal

thanks. I am serious. I think the band should do this. I mean who but us fans would know what we want hear. No offense to OLP, but they should dust off some of the older tunes. They have enough material to do a 2 hour show now(instead of 90m)

N - Hope and/or Under Zenith. I mean, that'd be frickin' cool. Plus those two songs really caught my eye (ear?) when I first got Naveed, other than the singles.

C - Hello Oskar and/or Canival. Simply because they're awesome songs.

H - STEALING BABIES!!! Especially if they brought along E.Jones, 'cuz, like, duh. :P... Actually, you know what? Potato Girl, Blister, Waited, and Hapiness would just be awesome.

SM - MoY, and Everyone's A Junkie would be cool. tWF... okay.

...and those are my picks. :)

...and this is me hanging on / i'd burn our initials in the sun if it would shine / anxiety chokes me like razor wire / if hate's in your heart man, you'll take what you're given / wake up / i'm not the only one / it's never goodbye / go ahead and play dead / if everyone's a casualty, then take your time, there ain't no trouble / these wounds they will not heal / ambition can be a tricky thing / what the hell do i know about rape anyway? / this is not what i hoped for / ain't it so weird how it makes you a weapon / who will be there to tell me how stupid i am? / those living for death will die by their own hand / and it's me that I am spying on / pick up the pieces and live with the stars / hurry up and wait / things have never been so swell / they're always the ones who slowly drift / be great / ...and this is my world.

Naveed - Julia (seems to be the consensus)

Clumsy - Car Crash (Steve could could absolutely crazy things with the bridge before Raine's scream)

Happiness - Stealing Babies (once again, this song clearly works to Steve's advantage with lots of room for improv)

SM - The Wonderful Future (although I don't think this counts, because they NEVER played it with Mike but have with Steve :wtf: ), but I would love to see a full version of Life and opening with Middle of Yesterday (despite the fact that it's my least favorite song on the CD) would be nostalgic

Gravity - I know, I know... but they should do A Story About A Girl more
