Post by made to heal »

Hey, sorry if there has already been a thread on this, but i don't have enough time to check.. anyways i suggest you guys download the song..

Njosnavelin by Sigur Ros

.. this song is not in english but it in my opinion is a great great song.. it is from Vanilla Sky.

When d/ling it you may want to type in Vanilla Sky under album if nothing comes up for the title or band.

Merry Christmas everyone :)

And he can't understand how everyone goes on breathing when true love ends, his mother whispers quietly... heaven's not a place that you go when you die, it's that moment in life when you actually feel alive

Yeah. They are a great band. I have one of their CDs, and it's all really good stuff despite the fact that I can't understand a word of it. :)

actually it doesn't have a name...none of the songs on the album "()" have names...it's just Untitled Track 4.

by the way, it's not actual words either...he just kind of sings sounds that fit with the music

Wow, so I'm blown away my moaning? That explains why I like Radiohead....
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

It's not even moaning, necessarily...

In Untitled Track #4 he makes up ONE WORD that doesn't mean anything and sings it over and over..

That song used to depress the hell out of me.

From what I've read, the lead singer kind've created his own language..
