Hmm... I chose Cratylus because... I dunno. the only reason I could think of is that it sounds really, really cool.

I have no idea what else to say.

...and In Essence *sounds* familiar because, didn't they have that crap song that had a chorus that went something along the lines of "You'll be a friend of mine, a time when you go to bed with me" or something?

Some of those are just bad .. don't go with 1982 .. too much like blink '182' .. bands with just numbers annoy me. Like 311 etc. You can't just have numbers, I don't like it :P
Kerouac I wouldn't do either .. can you just name a band after a writer? Aren't there legalities with that perhaps? I have no idea. Good Times is a kick ass song by Finger Eleven, but not a good band name. It's All Good is Nick Carter's favorite saying (don't ask me why I know that) but it's not a good band name either. In Essence is just fruity sounding

Mr Evil Breakfeast?

The only ones I like are Cratylus depending on how you pronounce it. Is it supposed to be said like 'cradle us' because if that's the case it's very cool. I can see The Stumbles growing on me too ..

OK, I think there's like some superbad metal band called like Chimera or something along the lines of that, so that name should be killed.

Unless you plan on reading "On The Road" with music, nix Keroac.

I like The Auroras, even though it just seems to be another one of those "The" band names. Yep.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I like In Essence. Although it does sound like it could be a boy band name. You could start one of those 8-)

i liked Out Of Reach, and Home. They're pretty cool Craytlus is ok too, but it sounds kinda like something associated with Tool.

a couple of sugestions:

addictive burrito - c'mon man, you'd be big!
porn barn - awwww yeah!
Mexicans In Action - cause it spells out MIA....oh wait...shit nevermind

eh...they suck, go with craddleus, or however it's pronounced.

I happen to like Home the best. It is simple, but has a nice feeling to it.

i did cratylus too. i do like the auroras...but the 'the' could be problematic in future times, just because of all the 'the's out there. i don't mind just 'aurora' singular, though.

and in essence is 100% a band name, like tiarie414 said. i think they're a canadian r&b group. the only two songs i know of from them are friend of mine and (this is what much said) 'the blazing anthem IE'.

i really don't like it's all good. definitely a boy bandish name. cratylus is definitely the best one up there. it's like catalyst. and..uh..i like words with y's stuck in them. ok, i'm shutting up now.

yeah. in essence is a boy band. a godawful one.
you have to, you just have to trust me

I voted for 1982. I don't really know why.
don't look now, just keep watching the TV hating what's too see waiting for someone to say something that's right.
