I'm looking for an OOP CD...

I've been looking for the album "Authorized Bootleg" from The Bad Plus for some time now. It was released in 2002 and is now out of print. It is a live recording from New York on 12/16/01. That's about all I know about it. It is on the discography page of their official site, so do I know for a fact that there is such a thing.

I've checked ebay and gemm.com (which has tons of cds btw, just not this one), posted on a few jazz message boards and newsgroups, and done numerous google searches from everything as specific as "The Bad Plus Authorized Bootleg" to things as general as "OOP CDs"

I kind of doubt that anyone here has a copy - let alone a copy that they'd be willing to spare - (if you do have one, I'll gladly pay for it, drop me an e-mail) but perhaps you know of somewhere on the internet that sells a lot of OOP cds or rare jazz cds.
