Well, I am not too sure by what you mean by date. If you mean serious, you should keep it to one, but having two is nothing that horrible. I can tell you this, it leads to problems, mark my words.
But if you don't mean serious dating, just seeing people, fuck, go out with every girl you can. As long as you don't man-whore yourself out there and have the money to keep the dates going, then go ahead and see as many girls as you can. You're young, have fun.

I'm not too sure, but I doubt he's over 18. He's not looking for marraige quite yet, so why not go and live it up? I mean, if he's just going to use these girls, then he shouldn't be dating them by the truckload, but if he wants to see what's out there and look for a girl he likes, then more power to him.

I'm only 18... I just don't see a point in wasting your time on people that will have no affect on your life what so ever... thats just my opinion though. I just don't see the point of casual relationships thats all

Looks don't matter. You have to look around to find the right girl. I don't see myself wanting to spend a year with a girl to only find out she's not right for me or something. I like to look around and live life, I shouldn't have to wreck my social life just because I am interested in getting to know a girl. I'd much rather get to know her, and maybe some one else, just to search around for the right one.

true, I didn't mean that I pick a girl and then give her a shot and then find out she isn't what I want... So far in my 18 years any relationship I've had it's been something that I knew going in would be worth it... my gf and I are even right now going on 1 year and it's been the best year of my life. Mind you I was best friends with her for 3 years before that so I guess we had that time to get to know eachother

Go out with the other girl. Give her a shot. If your ex girlfriend said that you can see other people, and there is a part of you that wants to see another girl, you have to follow your instincts and see what the other girl is about. Give the new one a chance, and if things don't work out, you have your ex there, and if things work with the new girl, you might find a winner.
I guess I am trying to say that you should take a chance. If you and your ex-girlfirend chose to see other people, and you want to see some one else, then see the other person. Unless you have really longterm plans in mind with your ex, live for the moment. I am sure if she would see the other guy if she was in the same situation.

From a girls point of view .. one at a time. Not too many girls are gonna be down with the idea of sharing their bf or a guy they really like. If they're willing to share .. it's probably cuz they just wanna hang on to you for a bit while they date someone else too, just in case .. like a safety net kind of thing. You're not willing to let go of the ex completely, but you also wanna see what else is out there kinda thing. There's nothing wrong with dating lots .. hell, it's better to get out there and experience dating .. otherwise you'll never know when you meet that perfect someone who outshines all the others. But .. one at a time.

however there is a loophole here. you can date more then one however, you have to register with the local authorities as an ass-hole. there's alot of paperwork involved, and the buracracy is a little too much to take, then you have to put a sign outside your house making the neighbors, and other chicks know your an ass-hole. you have to put it on your resume if your applying for work somewhere and get your ass-hole registration frequently updated.
just not worth it man, your best bet it to keep it to one, and have the others in reserve as friends. (as in no kissing touching and/or holding hands.)
