Pick something that is likely to be important to you for the rest of your life. That's the best advice I can give, Lori :)

don't you usually have a tattoo picked out before you decided to get one?

there's gotta be places in Toronto... for such a big place I'm sure there's one that would do it

I think you should be like me and get the Alkaline Trio logo tatooed on your body (see avatar). I am getting it on the bottom of my foot (can't let parents see it) and it probably won't hurt that bad. I am also gonna get my ear pierced, and they won't see it because my hair is really long and covers the ears. I am just waiting to be able to get my lip pierced....muahahah.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

ear piercings are not as cool as eyebrow piercings...

definetly, the hip is a good idea because tatoos that are out there look kinda trashy, at least in my opinoin. this girl in my english (whom i happen to have the "pleasure" to sit behind) class got a huge sun outline on her lower back and always wears really low cut pants...shes also not the skinniest person in the world :freak:

to be honest, i think getting a tattoo just for the sake of getting one is pretty stupid
