Yeah, I'm kind of dumb. I've been here for 8 months and I still can't figure out how to post images. Someone help me.

as an attachment or inline?
when you put one in your message you must first have it hosted somewhere. It's hard to find a good hoster nowadays though, because most don't support this kind of picture posting..like you can't use geocities or angelfire unless you first rename your files from .jpg to .txt. If you just want to put the picture on as an attachment you can use the attachment box at the bottom of the post...
