Could somebody please tell me if the homeless girl in the video tries to save the woman with sneakers, or tries to kill her by pushing her in front of the van? Thanks.

My understanding is she tries to save her... seeing as the woman is already in front of the van when the girl starts pushing.

she gives her life to save someone that showed her no compassion, and i think the whole escaping from her dad part is actually based on Matt's gf Jenni, it's actually a really good story called Night Opus, you can find it on a fan site under his manifestos....kinda sad and romantic though

it is. but even funnier is when my dad decided to do some surfing, and "generation x-wing" just happened to be selected on Itunes. "She takes her clothes off for the Japanese..." " Kristin? Who IS this?"

Gotta love Matt Good :)

ahh i love the freakin night opus. did you notice how matt uses the word "crush" in that piece? he talks about jenni's problem "crushing him" and jenni drinking an "orange crush" and then well those of you who have read it know what jenni "crushes" next. i really admire matt good for putting that bit of ironic foreshadowing in there. it made my day.

yeah Night Opus was probably my favorite, probably because it's a really good story and it's actually flowiong and has order

"She takes her clothes off for the Japanese..." is from Flashdance II, not Generation X-wing
