I despise that man. His voice annoys me, his songs aren't all that stunning, and I really just don't like how he's so over-hyped. There are so many other people out there that deserve popularity before this hack.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

i know why he's so overhyped... the same reason as justin timberlake/nick carter.... because girls think he's attractive!

However, I really like his song "Why Georgia"... you should check it out. I think it has cool lyrics.

Why Georgia is one of the finest songs I have heard in a long long time. I'm not going to defend Mayer in any way, but give that song a chance before you actually go and kill him.

The rest of his material - bleh. And of all the songs on that CD, why on earth did they pick Your Body is Wonderland for a single? Dear god.

I can't stand John Mayer. His voice is so annoying and he's definitely not attractive. I really don't get why he's so popular. And yeah, Your body is a wonderland is a horrible song. It made me laugh out loud when I first heard it.

My entire field hockey team is in love with him. I had to listen to it at every team party, and on the bus to and from EVERY GAME.

I VERY strongly dislike him.

Your Body is a Wonderland.......please, don't try to dumb down your lyrics or anything.

he's nothing amazing, but he's listenable, and he occasionally has a moment of greatness, hence, Why Georgia.

That's why you do what I did for 4 years of tennis matches. On the way to and from the matches, I pulled out my cd player and listened to "Happiness..." before every match. There were exceptions, like the week Layne Staley died, I listened to a lot of Alice In Chains, and sometimes for tournaments I would listen to Alkaline Trio. But yeah, it really helps to drown out the bad bullshit people call music, and it helps to not hear people's voices.

It's pretty funny when you start using deoderant in the third grade. It's also funny when when you start using deoderant you don't know what pueberty or deoderant is. My friends started a rumor about me going through pueberty in kindergarden and then me wacking off in first grade. Sadly people believe it.
