Don't say we're healing when it's just not what we do...
they did it last night too...the 23rd, although they didn't open with it. they also worked on stealing babies during the soundcheck and i think jer said that they were working on middle of yesterday
the wonderful future sounded amazing..i never thought the day would come..i almost peed my pants..i swear..there was just a little pee that came out.

I wish I could've seen at least the first 15 minutes of that concert, heh.

I'm very curious about how it sounds live. The way that song ends on the album, how it just kind of gets stripped down and fades out layer by layer, would probably have to be changed a bit to be done live. But hopefully nobody will try to explain it. With any luck I'll find out on Saturday.

Jeremy told a bundle of us before the concert that they were going to do it, and none of us believed them. Then Sandnippy and his friend told us that they had opened with it the night before and I got all excited. But then they opened with All for You and I thought they must've scratched it or something. So when I heard them start to cut into it in the middle of the show I freaked so bad, cause like...since they didn't start with it i started yelling "The Wonderful Future" after every song, and finally my cries were fulfilled. I like to think that they were answering my request...even though it was actually already on the setlist.

Oh my . . . .

Should I have instead said that seeing that they're playing The Wonderful Future is so exciting that it can make you just completely forget about other songs like Julia?

That's true. But for me, The Wonderful Future is way above Julia, and a lot of other songs that I love. It's just so beautiful. It's one of those songs that really sticks in my head. And not in the "It's a small world after all" kind of way. *shudders*
