Does anyone have it? Could Someone Scan The Front cover and the back booklet page and the back cover? Please?

I have a CD called "Fade" from the band Bonehead. They became Familiar 48 and got really watered down. F48's hit "The Question" was originally a Bonehead song and it was like 8275892948 times better. Sorry, I can't provide you with a scan :(
